Problems confirming your LearnZone account

You won't be able to access LearnZone's courses until your e-mail address is confirmed. But sometimes, the confirmation e-mail gets lost on the way.

The confirmation e-mail that LearnZone sends you when you create an account can sometimes be blocked by overzealous filters at your place of work or e-mail provider.

If you don't receive your confirmation e-mail within 2 hours of creating your account, we can confirm your account for you. Please let us know by Submitting a Request.
