Troubleshooting for uploading evidence

If you are having difficulties in uploading a document we suggest trying on a different browser such as Google Chrome or from a home computer as sometimes your employer’s firewall blocks the ability to upload documents.

Choosing the right evidence: In order to upload your evidence successfully you need to press ‘Choose File’ and then in the box that pops up on your screen select the file you would like to upload from your documents and press open.
